70 days to send it back from delivery.
The bearing card is part of the sale in the narrow sense that we keep the heading current. It is not a warranty.
Texts are optional and never a condition of any purchase.
No disease claims. The goods are dietary supplements.

What follows is the agreement between you and WAKUNAGA OF AMERICA CO., LTD. (EIN 99-0148524), which trades as WAKUNAGA AMERICA and operates orientwellnesslab.com. It covers who may buy, what is promised, what is not, and which state's law decides any disagreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our SMS or email communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Who may buy

This website is for adults. You must be 18 or over to order, and 18 or over to consent to messages from us. Using the site is your representation that you are, and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

3. Products and Health Disclaimer

Bearing Line and all products sold on this website are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.

4. Consent to receive text messages

Where you give a mobile number and tick the consent box, you are agreeing under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) that WAKUNAGA AMERICA may send you recurring automated marketing and informational text messages at that number. What that commits each side to is set out below.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency is not fixed and varies with promotions and activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to end the messages.
Reply HELP at any time to reach support.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Returns and refunds

Anything bought here can be sent back within 70 days of delivery, opened or not, and there is no restocking charge. Write to bearing@orientwellnesslab.com and we issue the instructions the same working day. The money goes back to the card that paid, 5 to 10 business days after the parcel reaches us.

6. Rights in this material

Copyright and related rights in this site rest with WAKUNAGA OF AMERICA CO., LTD. or its licensors. Nothing on the site transfers any of those rights to you, and reproduction, distribution or adaptation requires written consent from us beforehand.

7. What we are and are not answerable for

WAKUNAGA OF AMERICA CO., LTD. stands behind the products it sells and will put right what it gets wrong, up to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of California.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Heading, price, and a withdrawn lot

WAKUNAGA OF AMERICA CO., LTD. publishes the heading, the mark it points at, and what lies off it, and updates that card the day any of those change.
The price that applies is the one named when the order is confirmed. A later change does not reopen a confirmed order.
A lot that fails release is not shipped. If a shipped lot is withdrawn, we write to the customers on the order record and refund without waiting for the bottle.
